On 8 Dec 2014, Acetop Precious Metals Limited was invited to participate in the Third Annual CGSE International (Silver) Conference Cum Introduction of CGSE Gold & Silver Trading in Shenzhen Qianhai. Chief Executive Officer and Registered Manager of Acetop Precious Metals Limited together with hundreds of experts from Asian gold and silver industry gathered in Hong Kong to discuss latest development trend of the market and witnessed the important historical moment of CGSE and its members launching operation in Qianhai.

International (Silver) Conference is annual grand event of precious metals industry that has attracted attention of the industry at home and abroad. This year the event was held at Concorde Hong Kong in Admiralty. Ms. Qiu Hong, Deputy Minister of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the HKSAR, and Mr. Zhang Bei, Director General of Qianhai Authority were invited as the officiated guests.

Shenzhen Qianhai is called the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone. Shenzhen-Hong Kong cooperation is the basis of Qianhai District. When Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Qianhai, he pointed out that Qianhai must "rely on Hong Kong, serve the mainland, and face the world." The CGSE with over a century’s history extends the business to Qianhai. The establishment of a trading platform is a real practice and integration of Qianhai. It expects to build Qianhai into a trading platform with the right to speak and pricing power in precious metals in Asia-Pacific region through cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, and promote CGSE and Qianhai Financial Center to world-class level to achieve win-win situation.

Under the witness of Dr. Haywood Cheung, President of CGSE, Ms. Qiu Hong, Deputy Minister of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in the HKSAR and Mr. Zhang Bei, Director General of Qianhai Authority, the formal ceremony to launch operation in Qianhai was held, which opens a door for the gold and silver industry to reach domestic market.

As the first batch of CGSE members stationed in Qianhai, Acetop was very honored to participate in this grand industry exchange event. Acetop has always supported the Qianhai program. With its strong capabilities, Acetop was awarded “Committee Member of CGSE Qianhai Precious Metals Concern Panel” in September of this year and spared no effort to develop this program. At this grand event, Acetop was one of the sponsors making contributions to the grand event.
